  Binoculars

Larger objective lens & products from australia |high quality range includes zoom and weather high quality range includes zoom and waterfroop

Binoculars are often referred to by two numbers separated by an "x". For example, 8x32.

The first number is the power of magnification of the products. Binoculars are the object being viewed appears to be eight times closer than you would see it with the unaided eye.

The second number in the formula (8x32) is the diameter of the objective front lens. The larger the objective lens, the more light that enters and the brighter the image. Keeping this in mind think about what you primarily want them for. Prolonged viewing sessions may cause fatigue with high powered products and telescopes so consider a relatively low power of around 7x - 9x. 10x at the most. For shorter viewing times 12x, 16x, 20x and 25x are available. Many are tripod mountable, some even come with in-built mounts. See our Giant Bino's section below for these.
